Autumn Equinox 2026 Artemis

Equal Light - Equal Dark

As the light and dark come into balance, the Equinox offers a natural turning point.

If you feel the quiet call to pause, take stock, and enter the next season with intention — I invite you to join us for this gathering, open to any woman who feels called to step into a safe, intentional space at this seasonal threshold.

You will leave feeling:

If you’ve ever hesitated to attend a women’s circle, you’re not alone.

Many women carry subtle sisterhood wounds, comparison, exclusion, or circles that felt emotionally overwhelming.

This gathering is not that.

It is not a high-intensity workshop, and there is no expectation to share beyond what feels true for you.

This is a grounded, carefully facilitated circle for women who want thoughtful reflection, steady ritual, and meaningful connection, without chaos or emotional overwhelm.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

At the Equinox, light and dark stand equal.

It is a natural pause point, a moment to see clearly what has grown, what has ripened, and what is ready to be released.

Harvest is not only about abundance. It is about honesty.

What has this year truly cultivated in you?

What strength or wisdom has taken root?

And what feels complete?

This circle offers space to take stock without rushing to fix anything, simply to gather what is yours and prepare for the quieter season ahead.

As the wheel turns toward Autumn, we mirror the descent of Persephone into the underworld, not as drama, but as rhythm.

Each year she journeys inward. Not because something has gone wrong, but because descent is part of the cycle.

In our own lives, this can feel like a subtle shift, less appetite for striving, less tolerance for noise, a deeper pull toward rest and truth.

The underworld is not collapse. It is the inner landscape we enter when we choose to slow down and gather ourselves.

During the evening, you will be guided through a grounded drum journey, a carefully facilitated visualisation, to meet a guide who can walk with you through the Winter season ahead.

Not to escape your life, but to move through it with greater steadiness and self-trust.

Winter is not failure.

It is consolidation.

Integration.

Depth.

This ritual offers a conscious way to enter that season, rather than arriving there depleted or burned out.

What Changes When Women Sit in Circle?

Voices from Those Who Return

Attending circle consistently serves as a recalibration and reset for my nervous system. It feels like coming home. I breathe deeper, I let go, I connect within. It is a gentle place to land, every single time.

I have felt the power to take control of my life. I have been able to change my position in my own life to the creator rather than the victim. The seasonal reflections help me trust myself and act with intention.

Prior to attending circle, I used to hate Winter. Now I lean into the understanding that each season plays such an important role in the whole cycle and needs to be honoured and respected.

Many women who return to these circles find themselves wanting to go further — to work more intentionally with the seasons across a full year. That longer-form journey is quietly being woven.

About the facilitator

Artemis has spent more than two decades working closely with women through somatic bodywork and over ten years guiding seasonal circles and embodied rites of passage. Her facilitation is rooted in lived experience, earth-based ritual, and trauma-aware practice, creating steady, well-held spaces where women can meet themselves honestly and at their own pace.
